FAMILY & FRIENDS SHOWCASE THIS THURSDAY!
We are planning a FREE Family & Friends Showcase this Thursday beginning at 6:00PM at the Gahr HS Stadium! We will have food available. This will be a similar evening to our Band Camp Preview where you will be able to take photos down on the field and see the students warm up, and then watch the performance up in the stands. Unfortunately, there is rain scheduled in the forecast, so if it rains, we will have rehearsal indoors instead. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone entering the stadium at any point must have a staff pass or wristband. This includes all pit/prop movers.
Spectator/Car Parking will be in one of several areas off site. This will be at either the Civic Center across Main Street from the stadium, or the business park caddy-corner from the stadium, or on the neighborhood streets. Cross streets are Main Street and Yorktown. DO NOT park at Seacliff Shopping Center and the portion of the Civic Center lot nearest the stadium is POLICE STATION PARKING ONLY - vehicles will be cited here!

COOKIE DOUGH ORDERS & MONEY DUE WEDNESDAY
All orders and money for the cookie dough fundraiser are due in the drop box this Wednesday 11/20. This is a great student fundraiser to get caught up with fall donations or get ahead on winter groups. All checks are made payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." Students will receive profit from the sales, but we will not know the exact about until we know how much cookie dough we sell as an organization. Cookie dough pick up will be the week before Winter Break and students are responsible for distributing.
SENIOR DINNER THIS FRIDAY 11/22 AT OFF STREET CAFE!
Help us celebrate our awesome senior class THIS FRIDAY, November 22nd at 6:30PM at the Off Street Cafe located at 11020 Artesia Blvd, Cerritos, CA 90703 (directly across the street from Gahr). Meals for the senior students will be covered by the band. Parents and immediate family members are invited to attend as well, but will need to pay for their dinner, which is priced at $25.00 each (due prior to the event). All dinners are preselected. The final donation of $125 was due last week. We cannot pay our instructional staff or for field show competitions without your donation. Checks are made payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." If you are making a cash payment, please get a receipt from Mr. Loney before turning it into the Drop Box. You can also make a payment online here. Students must be caught up with donations to participate in the upcoming Disneyland performance trip.
