11:40a – Pack Trailer to the theme of Thunder Cats
12:15p – Epic Meal Time! Get dressed in Combat boots, pants, and compression shirt
01:10p – Depart from Gahr for Westminster High School
01:45p – Arrive at Westminster High School
01:50p – Check in
01:55p – Unload trailer/warm up
02:20p – Sectionals
02:45p – ensemble
03:35p – Break/Restroon/Super Suits (vests, hosters, bandanas, etc)
03:55p – Full runs
04:05p – Get mobile and move out!
04:15p – Prestage
04:20p – Preshow hype! Hype it!
04:30p – Show time!!
04:39p – Floor Folding for Funcies!!
04:48p – Return all equipment to trailer
06:00p – Free time - Stick TOGETHER!!!!! Watch other Groups!!!!
06:25p – Anthony prep for awards in full uniform
06:35p – Meet at gym and be ready for awards
06:54p – Awards!! Be respectful, and clap for all groups!
07:30p – Debrief on performance
07:45p – Return to the APC whence you came
08:20p – Arrival at Gahr
08:25p – Unload trailer

2:00pm- Eat a good lunch before you arrive. Meet at Gahr High School IN UNIFORM, shoes, hair and makeup done. Load floor, props, equipment.
2:45pm- Depart for
San Dimas High School
800 West Covina Blvd.
San Dimas, CA 91773
4:00pm- Arrive at San Dimas HS. Unload floor, props, and equipment. Use restroom in groups of 2 or more.
4:10pm- Line up and wait for John to walk to warm up area.
4:15pm- Warm up.
6:10pm- Walk to performance entrance.
(After the performance members must exit the gym, quickly fold the floor and organize equipment as the following group will be exiting the performance area and folding their floor. Parent volunteers needed to lift floor and take it outside.)
6:50pm- Talk, pack up props and equipment, load, change out of uniforms. During this time eat, relax and watch your competitors. Please remember you are representing your school at all times. We are a class act on and off the floor.
9:15pm- Depart for Gahr HS. Once arrived, unload floor, props, equipment. Dismissed.
