SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY OF THE FIELD SHOW
All students will be setting up for the field tournament from 9AM-12PM. Everyone has the afternoon off to eat and get ready. Bands will start arriving as early as 1:00PM, gates open at 2:00PM, concessions open at 2:30PM, and the first band performs at 4:00PM. STUDENTS: Bring everything you need for FULL UNIFORM - BLACK SHORT-SLEEVE COMPRESSION TOP, BLACK COMPRESSION SHORTS, LONG BLACK SOCKS, AND BLACK MARCHING SHOES. Lunch is on your own after set up, but we will provide dinner at the band room before we warm up and change. We will need ALL STUDENTS immediately following awards to help with clean up - approximately 9PM. PARENTS: If you are helping, please wear your JOY OF PAINTING show t-shirt and you will get in for free! For anyone not helping, the ticket prices are:
General Admission: $10.00
Senior Discount (65+): $8.00
Military (with I.D.): $8.00
Students (with I.D.): $6.00
Children 5 and under: Free
GAHR INVITATIONAL DONATION BY SECTION
Please make sure you've turned in your field show donation by section. Please get the brand and size/ounces listed. All donations are due by this Wednesday 10/9. Donation items can be dropped off in Mr. Loney's office. Go above and beyond and sign up to make additional donations here:
3RD DONATION PAST DUE
The 3rd donation of $125 was due last Friday 10/4. By this point, all students should be caught up with the 1st three donations. COLOR GUARD - YOU MUST BE CAUGHT UP WITH DONATIONS TO RECEIVE YOUR COSTUME FROM THE COMPANY THIS WEEK. Checks are made payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." If you are making a cash payment, please get a receipt from Mr. Loney before turning it into the Drop Box. You can also make a payment online here. Please communicate with Mr. Loney if you have any issues with your financial obligation. Thank you!
MANDATORY PARENT/STUDENT WALK-THROUGH - WEDNESDAY, 10/9 @ 6:30PM
We have a mandatory Parent/Student Walk-through this Wednesday, October 9th at 6:30PM in the stadium. We will split into jobs for training - concessions, parking, gate/tickets, hospitality, traffic control, show hosts, etc. This is a huge undertaking and we want to make sure we're well-prepared and organized BEFORE the tournament so it runs smoothly the day of. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped us get to this point through our committee meetings. We're gearing up for a great show!

8:59AM CALL TIME FOR STUDENTS TO SET UP FOR FIELD TOURNAMENT. DO NOT BE LATE. STUDENTS: Check in with Mr. Loney at the BAND ROOM and help set up for field tournament. DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU CHECK OUT WITH MR. LONEY.
12:00PM Set up finished / Students dismissed for afternoon (lunch on your own)
BAND ROOM WILL STAY OPEN AS HOME BASE. DO NOT WANDER AROUND THE CAMPUS BECAUSE WE WILL HAVE BANDS WARMING UP. WE WILL BE PROVIDING A MEAL AT THE BAND ROOM BEFORE WE WARM UP FOR OUR OWN PERFORMANCE.

9:00PM AWARDS - ALL STUDENTS MEET ON STADIUM FIELD FOR CLEAN UP ASSIGNMENT IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING AWARDS. YOU MUST CHECK OUT WITH MR. LONEY BEFORE LEAVING.
