THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FIELD SHOW PROGRAM ADS IS THIS WEDNESDAY 9/25. Many local businesses are looking for ways to advertise to the community. This is also a great opportunity to put a "shout-out" for your son/daughter in the program! Students earn 90% of profit from program ads! Click here to download the form.
DONATION FUNDRIVE THIS SATURDAY 9/28
Help us raise funds by donating clothes, shoes, and more! We're asking all our band families, friends, alumni, and community to bring at least ONE 35-gallon trash bag of items to reach our goal of $500! Drop it off anytime this Saturday from 8AM to 5PM in the Gahr HS Child Development Parking Lot (small lot near the gym).
SATURDAY REHEARSAL 9/28
We have an important rehearsal this Saturday 9/28 from 8:30AM-5PM to continue learning the field show. We will also be running the pep band music for Sunday's performance at the Portuguese Hall!

PERFORMANCE AT PORTUGUESE HALL THIS SUNDAY 9/29
This Sunday 9/29 the Gahr Marching Gladiators "pep band" will be playing at the Artesia Portuguese Hall for a community performance. We will be joined by the Artesia D.E.S., Chino D.E.S., Cerritos HS, Gahr HS, Tetzlaff MS. Students need to wear the black "Gahr Band" polo shirt, jeans, and have their own instrument, flip-folder, and lyre for this performance. Please meet directly at the Artesia Portugese Hall located at 11903 Ashworth St, Artesia, CA 90701. Call time is 2:00PM to set up, a late lunch will be served at 3:00PM, and the performance begins at 4:00PM. Family and friends are welcome to attend this free performance! We should be dismissed at approximately 5:30PM.
The 5th annual Gahr Invitational Field Tournament is on Saturday, October 12th! Please help us make it a success by donating concession items.
2ND DONATION PAST DUE
Please make sure you're caught up with the 2nd donation of $125. Checks are made payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." If you are making a cash payment, please get a receipt from Mr. Loney before turning it into the Drop Box. You can also make a payment online here. We cannot pay our instructional staff, field show competitions, costumes, or music copyrights without your donation. Please communicate with Mr. Loney if you have any issues with your financial obligation. Thank you.
