1. The 3rd and final donation of $100 was due this past Friday (10/31). Donations are crucial so we can pay our instructional staff on time and register for field show tournaments. We cannot run the Gahr Instrumental Music Program without your donations. Checks are payable to "Gahr Band Boosters." The Gahr Band Boosters also accept credit cards.
2. We have an important all day rehearsal on Tuesday, November 11th from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is an important practice before our last two guaranteed performances - the Westminster Field Tournament (11/12) and California State Band Championship Semi-Finals (11/15). This rehearsal was listed on the original calendar.
3. The "senior" dinner will be Saturday, November 22nd immediately following California State Band Championships Finals. It will be at a restaurant located near Huntington Beach High School and all senior students, parents, and family are invited to join us.
4. We WILL be doing the Belmont Shore Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 6th AND the Disneyland Community Arts Showcase on Friday, December 12th in Disney's California Adventure! We will have a normal marching band rehearsal schedule the week of December 1st to prepare.
HAWAII BAND TRIP 2015!
The next Hawaii payment of $290 is due Friday, December 5th. Please send all Hawaii payments DIRECTLY to MusicAmerica.
