I would especially like to thank our current parents and alumni who stepped up to run the event without any student help during the tournament itself! Thank you for the donation items which made our concessions so successful. Every area ran smoothly and professionally - from check-in, to spectator parking, to bus parking, tickets & entry, program sales, bleacher sales, air grams, first aid, hospitality, traffic control, band entrance & exit, bake sale, concessions... We have the BEST booster group! Special thanks to the parents in charge of each area who began planning in committees over 6 months ago. We would also like to thank the parents who helped our students with uniforms, props, and equipment for the performance itself.
I hope to see you all this Wednesday, October 5th at our monthly booster meeting where we will recap and celebrate all the great things about the tournament, as well as look for areas of improvement to make the 3rd Gahr Invitational Field Tournament even better! Thank you again for all your great work. Now... Onward and upward!
