STUDENT CALL TIME IS 9:15AM TO SET UP FOR REHEARSAL. Remember, even though we are performing in "exhibition" this is still a real, adjudicated competition. Be ready to show off everything we've added and improved on! We will be storing props off to the side in the stadium after the run-through.
PARENT/ALUMNI CALL TIME IS 12PM TO SET UP FOR THE COMPETITION! Unfortunately, it is not normal to be able to watch your son/daughter perform when we are hosting a tournament. Our priority is to make sure we are doing a good job running the concessions, hospitality, parking/traffic, tickets, and check-in. However, you WILL be able to watch and support the Gahr Marching Gladiators at CSBC Semi-Finals this Saturday 11/14 at El Modina HS - only 25 min away!
STUDENTS: The boosters will be providing lunch AND dinner for you so you do not need to worry about food or leave campus! We will have the food at the Band Room for you. CHANGE: Students we will need your help starting earlier starting at 1:30PM. Thank you.
STUDENT HOSTS: Please wear nice, semi-formal attire (slacks, button-up, tie / dress and a watch). Mr. Loney will be meeting with you immediately after the morning rehearsal - 11:45AM - to finalize who is hosting which schools and for coaching. Please bring your field show t-shirt just in case you are needed for another job.
