If you are a freshmen, 8th grader, or missed uniform fitting last week, please come to the Band Room this Wednesday (9/4) after school to be fit. We need to make final measurements so the uniforms are ready for our next home game.
This week we have our first Saturday rehearsal (9/7) from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The schedule is similar to a day of Band Camp with a lunch break from 12-1 p.m. Saturday rehearsals are extremely important because we learn a lot of material and cannot go back. This Saturday we'll be learning the drill coordinates for the field show production. At 4:30 p.m. we will be having an ICE CREAM SOCIAL :)
Jazz Band will meet starting on Thursday morning at 6:45 a.m. sharp. Just like a normal rehearsal, please arrive before 6:30 a.m. to get set up so we can start on time. You should not be trying to walk in the door at exactly 6:45 a.m. or you will be late. We will be working on pep tunes / basketball tunes for the first few months while we're in marching season, so have your flip folder organized and ready to go!
